We left Wakkerstroom early on 12th to head for the Mkhuze area. Our accommodation was at the Umkhumbi Lodge (see http://umkhumbilodge.co.za/ )

White Rhinos - We saw these at several locations during the trip. |

Kudu - A young or female |

Nyala - We only saw this species in Mkuze |

Warthog - Not exactly pretty! Fairly common here and in Kruger NP |

Chacma Baboon - Fairly common. |

Lizard Buzzard - We were fortunate enough to see two of these during the trip. Not common. |
